ComMITment: One student's take on failing at MIT

When Maggie Lloyd '12 was a sophomore, she reached a breaking point on a tough project and found herself sobbing in the hallway outside her classroom. "I did not know how to deal with failure," she says. As she prepared for graduation, though, Maggie looked back on the memory of how she made it through this tough time and discovered profound meaning about why MIT is special for her.
